Since 1907, The Plaza Hotel has been the setting and backdrop for some of New York’s most memorable moments -and to this day, people travel from all over the world to experience this treasure. We were very lucky to be invited into one of the exclusive penthouse suites to capture a day in the life of a Plaza Bride and Groom.

With one step onto the outdoor balcony of the Penthouse Suite, you are enveloped by modern, shiny skyscrapers – a strong juxtaposition to the 1907 landmarked building.

The beauty and charm of this venue extended way beyond the hotel, as we took the couple for a few breathtaking portraits in Central Park which is just a few steps across the street.

For all of the couples who want an urban wedding celebration that embraces tradition & history, all while staying fresh and modern this shoot gives them a glimpse into how to achieve just that.

Featuring a gorgeous real-life couple dressed to perfection – the groom wears a midnight blue tuxedo and the bride, a Pnina Tornai stunner. The gown, just like the Plaza, is ultra-romantic, timeless and sophisticated – with just the right amount of edge.

The palpable spark between the bride and groom was the final secret ingredient.
