As we said in our 2023 wedding trend report, floral maximalism is in. And giving us more inspiration we’ll need to be up-to-snuff in 2023 is this colorful, floral-filled Carmel Valley Ranch wedding.

From unique statement altar arches adorned with florals to a parade of bright pink petals dancing down the aisle, Marisable and Nick’s dream wedding was realized in full color. With flowers arranged by Sea Scape Flowers, we delight in popping images of peonies, cosmos and English roses.

All of this popped against the ornately beautiful Hacienda-style venue, Carmel Valley Ranch. With Spanish influence and sweeping grounds, it was the perfectly painted canvas for this explosion of cheery florals. And even more fitting is Marisabel’s mantilla lace veil, the ultimate statement accessory for such a gorgeous venue.

Their Carmel Valley Ranch wedding ceremony was an embodiment of modern elegance. Sea Scape Flowers crafted three arches, adorned with foliage of greenery and pink and white florals, that framed their ceremony. As Marisabel walked down the aisle, the path was covered with romantic petals to elevate the whole feel. And with the mountains in the backdrop, the entire vibe was breathtaking. The bridesmaids wore the gentlest shade of pink and the groom and groomsmen complimented the color palette with blue suits. The bouquets and boutonnieres were designed in the name of the overall floral aesthetic, giving a lavish statement as the perfect accessories.

After the couple tied the knot, we took the time to wander the grounds of this exquisite wedding venue. Marisabel and Nick savored their newlywed feel while I captured their most meaningful milestone. After that, the couple welcomed their family and friends to their Carmel Valley Ranch wedding reception. The setup featured round tables with a sophisticated setting and subtle yet strikingly beautiful floral arrangements. Their guests relished being a part of their story and shared the joy wholeheartedly – especially during the speeches.
